So, it was the bicentenary of the Australian settlement (also known as invasoin).  And the Australian Coal Association had a conference which, perfectly understandably, had aonly the briefest of mentions of climate change and the ‘greenhouse’ effect.  By 1990, the issue would be an agenda-topper…
