Spontaneous innovation

Thus, any person can propose an idea that could potentially lead to further developments. However, this bottom-up approach is a thoroughly controlled process steered by the management (there is a head of “spontaneous innovation”) and each idea must be assessed by a commission that states on the quality of the proposed idea. In addition, an incentive system has been set, people being rewarded according to the quality of their inputs.
