Marc, the issue isn’t with “bureaucracy”, rather it’s with those that put them there. Yes, bureaucracy’s have an advantage (they get paid and have all the time in the world), but is US who are really at fault.
WE as a general rule are reactive, WE don’t keep our eyes on the ball, WE are too trusting (or lazy) and suffer as a result.
