Will admit that I am losing the will to … write the same thing over and over. This occurring long after others have lost the will to read the same thing over and over. And yet we plod on (or I do).
There’s a two page comment in the latest Nature Climate Change (an academic journal – does what it says on the tin). And it is worthy. It is titled “Critical climate education is crucial for fast and just transformations”. Who could argue? Lovely to see Paolo Freire getting a run.
Just one problem. The old one.
The authors don’t say WHO is “delivering” this education. Why would anyone expect the state to be able to do it? Why would corporates do it? Big non-profit foundations? Yeah, right.

You have to weep for this species. Such potential to be more than crazed murder apes, and yet here we are.
